We are very pleased that Simon Tilley, who led the very successful community renewable energy development in the village of Hockerton in Nottinghamshire, will be our main speaker at our Share Offer Launch event on Saturday, September 15th at 3pm at the United Reform Church in Norfolk St.

Their Share Offer has been so successful that there is a waiting list of investors.   It will be very interesting to hear about their scheme.

We warmly invite you to come along to the Launch event to find out more about Sheffield Renewables, the Jordan Dam hydro scheme and, of course, the Share Offer. Alongside Simon Tilley there will be talks from our current investors and volunteers as well as information about Microgenius, a national not-for-profit website that links people with an interest in sustainable energy with communities that are developing micro-generation projects. It will be an informal event with no pressure to invest, it will simply be an interesting afternoon giving you the opportunity to find out more about what we do and our future plans.
