Our Annual General Meeting was held on Saturday, February 19th on-line.

The main headlines:

34 members attended.

One of our long-standing directors, Abigail Hathway, resigned and was thanked for all her hard work over the years.

Erin Lachs was voted in as our new Chair.

We had a successful year’s generation of electricity.  We have some possible new projects.

We agreed 3% interest payment to investors and just over £3,000 to go to our Community Benefit Fund.  This will be divided 80% to South Yorkshire Energy Centre and 20% to Trine.
